Why is my plecostomus ******* on my red blood parrots?

I have 2 plecostomus and one likes to attack the other blood parrots in the tank and **** on them and then they get white spots. A while ago one died because of the pleco and its about to kill another so I took it out. What should I do? Should i get cucumber to feed it?
