Can parrots recognize themselves in a mirror?

I have four budgies and recently placed a large mirror in their habitat. They appear interested in it and what they see. I would like to know, if like chimps, parrots can recognize their image in a mirror?
I know that their intelligence is comparable to chimps and dolphins.
